LIARS, ORDER NEVER DELIVERED!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DODGY COMPANY!
Firstly, Jay and Sophie- both super rude customer service agents that made me feel like a liar. My order was NEVER delivered to my address. When I contacted them, they said that my order was delivered and that they would not refund me. I asked them to track my order but I was ignored several times and flat out refused a refund or for them to bother tracking it. Then I emailed complaints who ignored my request to track my order and instead asked me for a photo of my front door. I did so and then they refunded me. They refused to apologise or acknowledge that they did indeed not deliver my order and were happily going to charge me had I not pestered them. The agent was super sarcastic and rude. Oh, and the most baffling part is that they blocked the app on my play store! Probably so I don't tell other people how awful they treat their customers!

Avoid ordering with Gopuff
Avoid ordering with them they are very good at losing stuff and claiming it was delivered without any given proof and on that note they have a rude customer service by the name of Abbie who is completely incompetent of doing anything. Furthermore I have decided to close my account as a result and they can keep the £8.

UPSET CUSTOMER
I don’t normally order from GoPuff but yesterday February 3 2023, around 11:30PM, I ordered literally 7 items, only 6 came around 1:15 in the morning, the main important one which was a 24ct of water bottles, I’ve waited for 12 hours, and I haven’t gotten my water. Now its 1:30PM February 4, 2023, they claim its on its way since 12:30pm. They have terrible customer service support, they dont have no delivery drivers to deliver your items on time. I’ve been patiently waiting for my item to arrive. They didn’t even mention anything about their warehouse was closed at a certain time until the next day. This was an upsetting situation.

Video evidence
Video evidence how do go puff get away with asking for video evidence?? A vape was purchased and it was dead only just noticed today as it was just opened. The chat monitor NATASHA was extremely rude instead of trying to work it out she basically accused me of lying, offered to close the account then ended chat. Wanted video of somebody puffing on it. Stupidity at it's worst how do you puff on a vape that doesn't vape??? Do not expect a fair turnout with go puff they won't help you.

Stay away
Stay away, was told I could save if I subscribed to fam, I appreciate it was a small order hence there was a small order charge, I ended up paying £14 for 4 cans of lager priced at £4.50, customer services showed no empathy why so ever when I complained and supervisor stipulated as my member of staff has already said??, it seems like there in it together but not for the customer benefit

Unacceptable complaints procedure
I have used gopuff many times before, but their complaints handling procedure is absolutely abysmal. Last night I ordered two bottles of a wine I had ordered dozens of times before, both of which were absolutely full of sediment and undrinkable. I sent them a picture of what came out my wine glass and the response was that I should send them a picture to prove it had come from the wine bottle. How should one do that? Pour it back in the bottle? Video myself pouring the wine, clearly showing the label, every time I purchase it - just in case there is something wrong with it?
The chat agent, Abbie, gave a canned response that they would not be able to help any further and exited the chat. This is really unacceptable assumption of dishonesty by the customer, especially from one who has ordered regularly and is paying for a FAM subscription.

Never received, they said any minute
Placed order at 10 pm, app showed was on the way, not arrived by 11:30, called they said don't worry is ready for driver to pickup, will deliver soon, then the store closed, order never delivered.

Absolutely Terrible
GoPuff in Bristol used to be great. Far from it now. The last three orders have not shown up - the driver, as shown on the tracker at least anyway - drives to various locations and never comes to my address. It's then marked as delivered and customer services every time just tell me it's a tech glitch and to wait. To be fair, they have eventually refunded me each time, but it's been nothing but hassle to get it back! A lot of friends have experienced the same thing too. Save your money and don't use GoPuff in Bristol - absolute shambles.

Ordered items paid £21 tried to call…
Do not use this company they are a con Whilst visiting in Bristol I ordered from this company paid £21 then as I didn’t get a code to give for my order or a update of where my order was only that my order was delivered not true! Still waiting thinking it would turn up i but I didn’t so i tried to call the number which was a mobile number they didn’t answer messaged them On IMessage didn’t go trough so tried to contact them On what’s app asking where my order was they read the messages then blocked me

GO PUFF ARE GREAT
I love this company. Items always in stock, I’ve never waited more than 20 mins for delivery, prices are good as are the choices. Always have offers & freebies. Definitely my go to for emergency bits & pieces.

My son made a fake go puff account and…
My son made a fake go puff account and USED my card information to make his purchase and it has been a nightmare to get my money back. My bank thinks it’s a legitimate purchase and it’s not. I’ve tried and tried to get back the 34.89 and was told this morning it’s not our fault that you made a mistake…..COME AGAIN?!?! I will be writing the BBB on this issues. Their customer service is terrible and they don’t have any “safeguards” for their customers. I’m so livid right now!!!

Horrible experience
I order 14 items and only 6 were delivered i went to the driver before he drove away and he just looked me dead in my face and carried on driving I even shouted for him after he drove off and he didn’t stop I contacted support and they told me I have to go online and make a complaint so I did and now I have to wait until THEY are good and ready to get back to me. They better return my money or have my stuff delivered. I spent all that money for no reason. Never again I’m done with go puff.

Excellent, I can’t fault them
I’ve been using GoPuff for a few weeks now. It’s been a Godsend because I have a disabled Child and I can’t always get out.
The tracking and delivery estimate has always been spot on and drivers have been polite and friendly.
I’ve had a first class service every time, I can’t fault them.

Great experience
I’ve been using this app since September and never had an issue. All my items always get delivered within a short time. Great vegan range.

I’m shocked by the poor rating as this app was recommended to me by a few friends who also have positive experience.
